The format for the grant proposal is included below. This writing assignment is worth 50 points and will be graded using the rubric below.

The following elements should be included and used as the format for the written grant proposal:

· Statement of Need

· Goal, Objectives & Outcome

· Approach (Methods and Strategies)

· Assessment (Evaluation Tracking Success)

· Budget and Budget Narrative (Outlined Detailed Breakdown Cost)

· References

The grant proposal needs to be single-spaced and should be between 8 and 10 pages in length. The font needs to be Times New Roman 12 point font with 0.5-inch margins.
